RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Milan x Dominica, we strive to ensure that every piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All approved returns must be sent to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items (Important)
Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order or custom-made products (including tailored garments and personalized pieces)

  • Items produced specifically upon customer request

  • Sale items and gift cards

Due to the nature of these products, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products made specifically to your specifications

All returned items must meet the standard return conditions outlined above.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
