THE CASHMERE HOUSE
Milan x Dominica began with a journey to India.
During a visit to Mumbai, Milan discovered pashmina not simply as cashmere, but as a material shaped by a remarkable textile heritage.
Its fineness, lightness and the tradition behind it became the starting point for the House — and for a desire to bring this exceptional material to Europe and beyond.
One extraordinary material. Different expressions.
MILAN X DOMINICA
TWO NAMES. TWO PERSPECTIVES.
The two sides of the House come from who we are.
Milan is darker, masculine and structured — drawn to deep tones, clean lines and a more architectural aesthetic.
Dominica is softer and feminine — drawn to lighter colours, pastel tones and a more fluid expression of the same material.
These are not invented characters. They reflect our different tastes in life as much as in cashmere.
Rather than choosing between them, we built the House around both.
The Art of Craftsmanship
No single place defines the craft behind Milan x Dominica.
FROM LADAKH
Our pashminas begin with fine cashmere from Ladakh, where the fibre develops in response to the severe climate of the high-altitude region.
Its fineness, warmth and lightness make it the foundation of our pashmina collection.
DIFFERENT CRAFTS
Pashmina continues to Kashmir for weaving. Our knitwear is crafted by specialist makers in Nepal.
Heritage introduces further handwork, while Cashmere & Silk rugs bring together fine fibre and the art of hand-knotting.
Origin matters. So does what happens to the fibre afterwards.

THE PEACOCK FEATHER
OUR MARK.
The peacock feather has always held a particular fascination for us.
Few things show the intensity of colour found in nature quite like a peacock — deep blue, green and iridescent tones created without human design.
There is also something unmistakable in the way the peacock carries itself: composed, distinctive and quietly magnificent.
The feather became the mark of Milan x Dominica and a signature carried throughout the House.
